How do I book my excursion?

You can book your excursion by visiting the excursions tab

using our simple booking and payment system. Alternatively, we can arrange a booking over the phone on 01305 605140.

Where do you pick-up from?

We offer a range of pick-up and drop-off locations across Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester. These can be seen on the dedicated page for each excursion. You have the option to select which location at checkout.

Are there toilet facilities on-board?

We exclusively use our modern air-conditioned executive coaches, which all have a toilet/washroom facility on board. To take a closer look at the vehicle, watch our coach overview.

Who are the drivers on the excursions?

All Seaward Travel drivers are experienced in tours and excursions (and enjoy the day out!). Each driver holds a full PCV licence, an enhanced-DBS check, a first-aid qualification, and has completed safeguarding training.

Can we bring luggage with us?

Our coaches have a large secured luggage hold for your buggies, wheelchairs, and picnics etc. However, we do recommend that you get in touch if you require anything more substantial stored in the lockers.

Is there a fridge on the vehicle?

Our vehicles are equipped with a small refrigerator. This is exclusively reserved for medication and milk for infants. Our driver will happily store these items for you for the duration of your excursion.

What will I receive once I've booked?

Once you have booked your excursion with us, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing your tickets. You will also receive a reminder a few days prior to the event. We will contact you via email with your pick-up time, within 5 days of departure.

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

All of our vehicles are equipped with a PSVAR-compliant wheelchair lift. This means that one wheelchair user can board whilst remaining in their wheelchair. To reserve this, please call us prior to making your booking. The lifts can be viewed in our coach overview.

What happens if my excursion is cancelled?

In the unlikely event that your excursion is cancelled, we will offer a full, no hesitation refund. We will also offer you the opportunity to book onto an excursion of equal or higher price*.
